Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy * A prepayment is required for all new clients, at least 24 hours before your appointment, to secure your booking. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the session fee. * Please send payment by e-Transfer to soulgoodhealingkw@hotmail.com. I understand that life happens, and I’m only human too. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss it. If payment is not received for a late cancellation or missed appointment, the outstanding balance will be added to your next session.
