Is your child spiritually curious, or struggling emotionally? Are you worried? Are they stressed and maybe having a hard time, and cant express it? Ill explain reiki in a child friendly way. We will do a mindful visualization, and ill explain everything I’m going to do in the session. Starting off with energy work on feet, knees, hips, stomache, arms, collarbone, neck, ears, face & top of head. They may feel hot, tingly, cry, get the giggles, have stomache gurgles, etc. Then I will do an intentional healing massage to the collar bone, arms, neck, scalp & face. Kids can keep whatever clothing on they feel comfortable with. Send them with something ok to get oily. We will chat about their comfort level and make sure they’re aware of everything. I’ll make some notes we can chat about after if you or they wish. I can have the discussion with or without guardian present! We want to make sure they’re comfortable. Parents are welcome to stay in the waiting room next to the space. This can assist with headaches, calming their energy, sleep, stress, anxiety, etc. Reach out with questions please!
