For all ages. Can be done through zoom, or when you are working, running errands, sleeping or busy! This includes an intuitive write up of what messages come through for you, what chakras were balanced, and all things you might be feeling or struggling with (emotionally and physically) and ways to help work through them. This can be done anywhere in the world, as we are all made of energy. You do not need to be sitting still for the appointment, you can go about your day-to-day routines and still receive the healing benefits of this treatment. I connect to your energy through your name and I use moon stones, and by holding space for you, you are then able to heal yourself. I move through your energy centers (chakras) to remove blockages, and clutter in your aura that may be causing anxiety, depression, sleepless nights, headaches, stress, lack of peace within your mind or physical body, exhaustion, confusion and more. You may feel many things through this experience, even physical things from miles and miles away as I work through your energetic body. This will create fluidity between your soul and body and in turn create a sense of peace. Upon booking the appointment an email will be sent out with notes on how to prepare and after care recommendations. As well, at the end of the session another email with anything that came up throughout (messages from guides, things you’re working through, and things that were cleared). Reiki cannot harm you.
